Supplementary Appropriation Law 2009

SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION LAW 2009

1. Short title and Commencement. This Law may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Law 2009 andshall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2009.

2. Appropriation of N2,880,000,000 as Supplementary Recurrent Expenditure. The sum of Two Billion Eight Hundred and Eighty Million Naira shall be Appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Supplementary Recurrent Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2009 for the services set out in the First Schedule to this Law.

3. Appropriation of N16,130,000,000 as Supplemntary Capital Expenditure. (3) The sum of Sixteen Billion, One Hundred and Thirty Million naira shall be Appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Supplementary Capital Expenditure during the year ending on 31st day of December, 2009 as set out in the Second Schedule to this Law.
