Supplementary Appropriation Law 2008

SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION LAW 2008

1. Short Title and Commencement. This Law may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Law 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2008.

2. Appropriation of NI2,881,490,247 as Supplementary Recurrent Expenditure. The sum of Twelve Billion, Eight Hundred and Eighty One Million,Four Hundred and Ninety Thousand, Two Hundred and Forty Seven Naira shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Supplementary Recurrent Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2008 for the services set out in the First Schedule to this Law.

3. Appropriation of N48,021,474,517 as Supplementary Capital Expenditure. The sum of Forty Eight Billion, and Twenty One Million, Four Hundred and Seventy Four Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventeen Naira shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Suipplementary Capital Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2008 as set out in the Second Schedule to this Law.
