Preliminary

PASSENGER WELFARE SCHEME (REPEAL) LAW, 2022

Section 1

1. Short title. This Law may be cited as the Passenger Welfare Scheme (Repeal) Law, 2022 and shall come into force on the day on which it receives assent from the Governor of Delta State.

Section 2

2. Passenger Welfare Scheme Law, 2002 Repealed. The passenger Welfare Scheme Law, 2002 is repealed.

Section 3

3. Savings. All actions and decisions taken under the Passenger Welfare Scheme Law, 2002 are deemed to have been lawfully done.
