DELTA STATE REVISED APPROPRIATION LAW, (NO. 2) 2020
Section 1
1. Short Title and Commencement. This Law may be citcd as the Delta State Revised Appropriation Law, (No. 2) 2020 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the lst day of January, 2020.
Section 2
2. Appropriation of N152,450,230,043 as Recurrent Expenditure. The sum of N152,450,043 (One Hundred and Fifty-Two Billion, Four Hundred and Fifty Million, Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand, Fortu-Three Naira) shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Stae as Recurrent Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2020 for the services set out in the First Schedule to this Law.
Section 3
3. Appropriateion of N129,881,666,342 as Capital Expenditure. This sum of N129,881,666,342 (One Hundred and Twenty Nine Billion, Eight Hundred and Eight-one Million, Six Hundred and Sixty-Six Thousand, Three Hundred and Forty Two Naira) shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Capital Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2020 as set out in the Second Schedule to this Law.
