Preliminary

DELTA STATE PRINTING AND PUBLISHING CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2021

Section 1

1. Short Title. This law may be cited as the Delta State Printing and Publishing Corporation (Amendment) Law, 2021.

Section 2

2. Interpretation. In this Law, "Principal Law" means the Delta State Printing and Publishing Corporation Law, Cap D37, Vol. II Laws of Delta State of Nigeria, 2008.

Section 3

3. Amendment of Section 4 of the Principal Law. Section 4(3) of the Principal Law is hereby amended by deleting the word "two" and substituting the word "three".
