DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC,
OZORO (AMENDMENT) LAW 2010
Section 1
1. Short Title and Commencement.
This Law may be cited as the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro (Amendment) Law 2010 and
shall come into force on the 13th day of October, 2010.
Section 2
2. Interpretation.
In this Law:
"Principal Law" means the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro Law 2002 (in this Law referred to
as "the Principal Law").
Section 3
3. Amendment of section 18(3) of the Principal Law (the Rector).
The Principal Law is hereby amended by deleting the provision of subsection (3) of section
18 and substituting therefor the words "18(3) Subject to the provision of this Law, the
Rector shall hold office for a single term of five years and shall not be eligible for
reappointment thereafter".
