DELTA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SERVICE (ESTABLISHMENT ETC.) (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2021

Section 1

1. Short Title. (1) This Law may be cited as the Delta State House of Assembly Service (Establishment etc.) (Amendment) Law, 2021. (2) In this Law, the Delta State House of Assembly Service (Establishment etc.) Law 2021 is referred to as the Principal Law.

Section 2

2. Amendment of Schedule III. Schedule III of the Principal Law is amended by deleting item 2 and inserting a new item 2 to read: (a) Establishment and Pension - Deputy Director (b) Personnel and Welfare - Deputy Director (c) Accounts - Deputy Director"
