DELTA STATE CAPITAL TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2019

Section 1

1. Short Title and Commencement. This Law may be cited as the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency (Amendment) Law, 2019 and shall come into force on the 2nd day of May, 2019.

Section 2

2. Interpretation. In this Law, unless the context otherwise requires: "Principal Law" means the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency Law, 2015.

Section 3

3. Amendment of Section 10 of the Principal Law. "Appointment of Director- General" Section 10 of the Principal Law is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (b) and insert a new paragraph (b) as follows: "(b) shall have a single term of four years".
