Appropriation Law, 2025

1. Short Title and Commencement. This Law may be cited as the Appropriation Law, 2025 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2025.

2. Appropriation of N348,767,758,635 as Recurrent Expenditure. The sum of Three Hundred and Forty-Eight Billion, Seven Hundred and Sixty- Seven Million, Seven Hundred and Fifty-Eight Thousand, Six Hundred and Thirty- Five Naira shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Recurrent Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2025 for the services set out in the First Schedule to this Law.

3. Appropriation of N630,461,060,084 as Capital Expenditure. The sum of Six Hundred and Thirty Billion, Four Hundred and Sixty-One Million, Sixty Thousand and Eighty-Four Naira shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State as Capital Expenditure during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2025 as set out in the Second Schedule jo this Law.
